Steve has been driving over the road for 40+ years, and started with Pohl Transportation in May 2012. Before driving a truck Steve worked on his family’s farm, where he operated/drove all the big equipment from as early as he could remember. Steve also spent 4 years of active service in the US Army from 1977 – 1981, where he served in Vietnam. Steve left active service as a Sergeant and continued his Army career for 21 years in the reserves as a 1st Sergeant E8. Thanks you Steve for your service!

In his spare time Steve enjoys hunting, fishing and just being outdoors. Steve has 5 grandsons and likes to share those activities with them as well. Steve also said he just really likes driving a truck. Steve would someday like to revisit Montana to have a chance to fish on the Yellowstone and Snake Rivers.
