Jamie started with Pohl Transportation in December, but also worked for us for about a year between 2016-2017. Jamie has 24 years experience driving truck, with 18 years of that being over the road and the rest driving local coal trucks. Before becoming a truck driver, Jamie worked for 6 years as a truck mechanic, which is how he got his CDL and began driving.

In his spare time Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife Angel and their family. They like to go 4-wheeling in the mountains, attending the Mid America Truck Show in Louisville, and taking an annual vacation to Virginia Beach. Jamie would like to one day take a cruise to the Bahamas.

Jamie said his favorite part about driving is going to different places and meeting new people. He also likes traveling to different states.
