Robert started with Pohl Transportation in September. Robert has been driving over the road for approximately 18 years, but has been around trucks most of his life. When Robert was in high school he would ride along with his grandpa, and also operated trucks and equipment on the family farm as a kid. Robert has also been a diesel mechanic his entire adult life.

When Robert is not working he spends as much time as he can with his kids. A couple of their favorite things to do are going to concerts and shooting pool. Robert also enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing and listening to music. Next year, Robert has a trip planned to England to watch the Isle of Man TT. He is a motorcycle junkie and is really looking forward to this vacation. He would also like to go to Alaska in the future.
