Melissa started with Pohl Transportation in June of this year, bringing over 10 years of experience with her. In her years of driving Melissa has driven from coast to coast and seen just about everything, but says the one place that stands out the most was Toledo, OR. Melissa said the drive was absolutely beautiful. Before she started driving, Melissa worked as a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex.

When Melissa isn’t driving, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, collecting and watching movies, and working on her house. Melissa also enjoys cooking on the weekends, trying out new recipes and cooking for other people. Melissa best likes to share the driver seat with her “side-kick” and “co-pilot” Bailey. Bailey is a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix that she has had for 11 year, she goes everywhere with Melissa.

In the future, Melissa would like to go skydiving again, travel to Greece, Spain and Italy and revisit the Grand Canyon.
