Don has worked for Pohl Transportation a handful of times over the years, most recently starting back with us in October; we are glad he’s back “home”. Don has worked in trucking for almost 20 years doing some local driving, but mostly over the road. Don has pulled tanker, refer and dry van. Before driving OTR Don worked as an electrician, drove a straight truck, and was an EMT for 3 years. Don has also been a volunteer fire fighter since 1984. Thank you, Don for your service.

When Don is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea and their daughter, Olivia. They like to watch movies, go out to eat and just relax. Don also has 2 sons and a grandson. When he has time Don likes to hunt, but admits he hasn’t been able to the last couple years.

Don and his family’s favorite destination vacation is Pigeon Forge, TN. They have been there a couple times, and hope to go back again soon. Don would also like to take a trip to England some day.
