Star started with Pohl Transportation in January. Star has 24 years of experience over the road and she is almost to the 3 Million Mile safe driver threshold. Star received a Master Truck Driver award from the state of Indiana for having 1 million safe miles. What an awesome accomplishment, Star! Before she started driving, Star worked as a cashier and in the food service and health industries. Star has always had a passion and interest to be a truck driver even at an early age.

When she is not working, Star enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, watching movies, fishing, spending time with her dog “Little Man” and just being outdoors anytime she can.

Later this year, Star is planning a 10-day cruise in Alaska. Star is hoping to make it to Hawaii next year and in the future, she would like to travel to Europe and beyond.
