Savanna started with Pohl Transportation in June of this year and brings with her 3 ½ years of experience, both local and over the road. After college, Savanna started at Coca Cola where she worked for 5 years. Savanna worked her way around the company, trying a variety of positions with her last position being in sales. Since there was not much of a market for sales in her area, Savanna decided to start driving for Coca Cola, and the rest is history. Savanna said she grew up in trucking as most of her family drove truck for the coal fields. Savanna said her Grandpa is the one who really taught her the most about driving truck. Savanna really enjoys getting to see different states and meeting new people along the way.

When she is not working, Savanna spends her time with family and friends, especially her nephews. Earlier this year Savanna drove across the US to California to pick up her nephew who stayed with her for 2 weeks before she drove him home. Savanna loved the adventure of driving across the US. Savanna also enjoys just being outdoors whether it’s hiking, fishing or hunting; you name she wants to be outdoors. Savanna really tries to take each day by day and enjoy the moment.

In the future, Savanna would like to travel to visit Vegas and the Grand Canyon.
