JD started with Pohl Transportation in September and brings with him a little over one year of experience. JD came as a referral from his father Jerry Lundy, who has been with Pohl for over five years! Before driving, JD was enlisted in the US Army where he served for 7 years. JD was a striker mechanic doing recovery of broken-down equipment, and was stationed in Hawaii, Iraq and at Fort Hood. Thank you, JD for your service!

When he is not working, JD enjoys spending time with his new wife, Kirstie, whom he married in November. The newlyweds like just hanging out and spending time together. JD likes taking her to the casino every once in a while, as well. JD follows the Dallas Cowboys and likes spending time working on cars with his dad. Between the two of them they have approximately 20 cars, the oldest being JD’s ‘55 Ford Truck.

In the future, JD would like to travel back to Hawaii with Kirstie.
