Jayson started with Pohl Transportation in April and brings with him 3 years of driving experience. Jayson has done both over the road and local driving and has pulled dry van, flat, tanker and intermodal. Before driving, Jayson did a lot of different jobs over the years, with a couple of the more noteworthy being laying carpet and working as both a diesel and auto mechanic.

Jayson was actually born in Germany. Both of his parents were in the military; his mom was in the National Guard and his dad was in the Army. Growing up they were stationed all over the world, giving Jayson the chance to see many places. One of his favorite places was Colorado. When he is not working, Jayson enjoys spending time with his 3 kids who range in ages from 10 to 15. Some of their favorite times are just being outdoors, but they also enjoy visiting the Hershey plant and going to the zoo. Jayson likes fishing, playing video games and working on cars.

In the future, Jayson would like to be an owner operator, buy a house and get into restoring old cars.
