Daniel has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since 2019. Daniel heard about Pohl through a recruiter and then spoke to Angie. Daniel has previously been named the Driver of the Month- Congrats Daniel!

In all of his years of driving, Daniel has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the technology. Daniel said his transition from paper logs to e-logs was good and he enjoys the e-logs. He likes to use his Rand McNally for GPS. He likes the automatic Volvos when you are in traffic, however through the mountains it isn’t so great. Daniel enjoys working at Pohl because he loves the people. He said if you have anything personal happening, they help you out and make it easier.

A tip to current, new or potential drivers that Daniel would like to give is to have a lot of patience. Daniel’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Outback Steakhouse and his favorite snack to grab on the go is crackers.
