Marvin has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since 2018. Marvin knew about Pohl from another driver that used to work here and he also lives in the area! Marvin has previously been named Driver of the Month – Congrats Marvin!

In all of his years of driving, Marvin has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being technology. Marvin likes the convenience of e-logs and enjoys not having to do paper logs anymore. Marvin likes his Garmin GPS, but says to be careful because GPS navigation can still take you on the wrong road. Marvin says the trucks have improved and he really likes the automatics, especially in traffic. Marvin says Pohl is a great company to work for because they get you loads going back and forth and not a lot of broker loads.

Marvin’s favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse and favorite snack to grab on the go is cheese and crackers.
