Corey has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since 2020. Corey made the change to Pohl after seeing our trucks on the road. 

In all of his years of driving, Corey has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Corey likes how the best pass, pre pass, scales, etc. has made the job easier. Corey says he enjoys working at Pohl because the pay is great, he is home weekly, you go to the same customers, and they are easy to work for. 

Some advice that Corey would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to stick with it. He says this is a hard, demanding, frustrating job, but you have to stick with it even on the hard days. Corey’s favorite homecooked meal is beef, corn bread, and fried potatoes. His favorite restaurant is Juicy Crab and favorite snack to grab on the go is original Lay’s potato chips.
