Ruth has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since 2020. Ruth heard about Pohl through Facebook.

In all of her years of driving, Ruth has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Ruth likes to use her Rand McNally GPS and said navigation has seen a huge improvement. Ruth doesn’t always enjoy using e-logs because it can be harder to make changes to your log. Ruth enjoys working at Pohl because they are a family-oriented company; they know your name and you aren’t just a number. She also likes how friendly everyone is. 

Some advice that Ruth would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to come to Pohl.  Ruth’s favorite homecooked meal is a hamburger. Her favorite restaurant is Chester’s Chicken and favorite snack to grab on the go is corn chips.
