Randy has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since August of 2022. Randy was looking for a job on Indeed when he came across Pohl and liked our benefits. 

In all of his years of driving, Randy has seen many changes in the trucking industry. Randy started his driving career with paper logs, then went through the transition to ELD’s. He now likes using the ELD’s because they help keep you safe and legal when running. Randy also likes to use the old school way of using a map to get around. Randy enjoys working at Pohl because we are a family run company. He says if you have a problem, they will find a solution and everyone is nice. 

Some advice that Randy would like to give to current, new and potential drivers is that getting into the industry was one of his best choices and Pohl is the best company he has worked for. Randy’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Gasoline Alley in Niles, OH. His favorite homecooked meal is sausage, biscuits and gravy and his favorite snack to grab on the go is almonds.
