Ray has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since November of 2022. Ray found out about Pohl through an ad on Indeed.

In all of his years of driving, Ray has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the technology. Ray did not have to go through the transition from paper logs to e-logs. He likes to use his Garmin GPS for navigation and says the Volvo’s are the nicest truck he has ever driven. Ray enjoys driving for Pohl because we keep you moving. He also says, “everything is fair at Pohl, they have free healthcare, and the trucks are fantastic.”

A tip to current, new or potential drivers that Ray would like to give is to make the change and give Pohl a chance. Ray’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Texas Roadhouse. His favorite homecooked meal is meatloaf and his favorite snack to grab on the go is pepperoni rolls.
