Johnas joined the Pohl Transportation Family in June of 2023. When Johnas was looking for a new job, he came across our ad and then looked up our company and read the great reviews.

Johnas has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Johnas went through the change from paper logs to ELD’s and says he does not mind the change. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves the Volvos. Johnas enjoys working at Pohl because we make it easy and relaxing. He likes that you are not micromanaged, everyone talks to you and respects you.

A tip that Johnas would like to give to current, new, or potential drivers is to have patience and that Pohl is a great company. Johnas’s favorite homecooked meal is BBQ chicken, baked mac n’ cheese, potato salad and cornbread. His favorite restaurant to eat at is Texas Roadhouse and his favorite snack to grab on the go is yogurt and trail mix.
