Luis joined the Pohl Transportation Family in July of 2023. Luis saw our trucks on the road years ago, and decided to call us when he was looking for a change!    

Luis has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Luis likes to use his Rand McNally for navigation and says the Volvo’s are like driving a Cadillac. Luis enjoys working for Pohl because everyone is generous and willing to help you out. 

A tip that Luis would like to give to current, new, or potential drivers is if you do your job, it’s easy. Luis’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Applebee’s. His favorite homecooked meal is beef stew and his favorite snack to grab on the go is sugar free vanilla wafers.
