Hector joined the Pohl Transportation Family in the beginning of November of 2023 after hearing about Pohl through a friend. 

Hector has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Hector has used both paper logs and ELD’s and prefers to use the ELD’s. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and says the Volvos are top of the line trucks. Hector enjoys working at Pohl because everyone knows your name, anyone can help you, and the people are great.   

Some advice that Hector would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to ask questions, especially from current drivers as they are so helpful. Hector’s favorite restaurant to eat at is any Japanese and his favorite homecooked meal is twice baked lasagna. His favorite snack to grab on the go is Blue Diamond smoked almonds.
