Kamal joined the Pohl Transportation Family in August of 2024 after seeing our ad on Tenstreet.

Kamal has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Kamal has always used ELD’s and says they are easy to use. He likes to use Truckers Path GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Kamal enjoys working at Pohl because we are family oriented, we keep you busy, and we have a great sign on bonus.

Some advice that Kamal would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to try your luck with a smaller company like Pohl. Kamal’s favorite restaurant to eat at is any Caribbean food. His favorite homecooked meal is fried chicken and his favorite snack to grab on the go is peanut butter crackers.
