Mark joined the Pohl Transportation Family in August of 2024 after seeing our ad online.

Mark has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Mark has always run off of ELDs and says it works good for him. He likes to use his Garmin GPS for navigation and likes driving a Volvo. Mark enjoys working at Pohl because we have great hometime, great equipment, and you are not micromanaged.

Some advice that Mark would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to have patience with other motorists on the road. Mark’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Longhorn Steakhouse. His favorite homecooked meal is chicken, gravy, and rice and his favorite snack to grab on the go is queso Ruffles chips.
