Thomas joined the Pohl Transportation Family in October of 2025 after seeing our ad on Facebook.  

Thomas has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Thomas went through the change from paper logs to ELDs and said the ELDs are great. He likes to use Truckers Path GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Thomas enjoys working for Pohl because we are professional, polite, and have a great family atmosphere.  

Some advice that Thomas would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to make the change to Pohl. Thomas’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Golden Corral or Applebee’s. His favorite homecooked meal is meatloaf and his favorite snack to grab on the go is protein snack mix.
