Jody joined the Pohl Transportation Family in October of 2025 after seeing our trucks on the road.   

Jody has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Jody has always run off of ELDs. He likes to use Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Jody enjoys working for Pohl because we are flexible and have good home time.

Some advice that Jody would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to keep your head on straight and focus. Jody’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Applebee’s. His favorite homecooked meal is breakfast food and his favorite snack to grab on the go is Reese’s Cups.
