Joe joined the Pohl Transportation Family in April of 2026 after seeing our ad on Facebook. 

Joe has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Joe has always used ELDs during his driving career. He likes to use Rand McNally GPS for navigation and likes driving a Volvo. Joe enjoys working for Pohl because we do not micromanage, we are supportive, and we are understanding.       

Some advice that Joe would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to have patience and understanding. Joe’s favorite restaurant to eat at is The Juicy Crab. His favorite homecooked meal is baked chicken and his favorite snack to grab on the go is cheddar and sour cream chips.
