Rob joined the Pohl Transportation Family in May of 2026 after seeing our ad on Indeed. 

Rob has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Rob went through the change from paper logs to ELDs. He likes to use Garmin GPS for navigation and likes driving a Volvo. Rob enjoys working for Pohl because we are a professional company and have good opportunities.

Some advice that Rob would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to learn the rules and laws. Rob’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Longhorn Steakhouse. His favorite homecooked meal is breakfast or BBQ and his favorite snack to grab on the go is fruit.
