Charlie started with Pohl Transportation in January and brings with him over 40 years of experience. Charlie has run coast to coast, local and regional and has pulled van, refer and intermodal. Charlie also owned his own agency for 5 years and had 22 owner/operators working for him. Charlie also did industrial cleaning for new home inspections.

Charlie and his wife, Mary Jane have been married for 25 years and have 5 grandkids they absolutely adore and love spending time with. They like to take them to Dave and Busters and spend time on Indian Lake enjoying everything the lake has to offer. When he’s not working, Charlie also likes to watch movies, collect comic books, travel, play fantasy football and watch college and pro football. His favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Charlie has also been a Moose Lodge member for 10 years.

In the future, Charlie would like to get a trike motorcycle for he and his wife to ride around on. He would also like to travel the US in an RV and to take a trip to Scotland and Ireland.
