Scott joined the Pohl Transportation Family in June of 2023. Scott had seen our trucks on the road and then saw a Facebook ad that we were hiring. He then decided to make the change to Pohl. 

Scott has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Scott went through the change from paper logs to ELD’s and says the ELD’s are easier to use. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves the Volvos. Scott enjoys working at Pohl because we do a lot of drop and hook and everyone is friendly.

A tip that Scott would like to give to current, new, or potential drivers is if you want a good company to work for, come to Pohl. Scott’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Hibachi. His favorite homecooked meal is spaghetti and his favorite snack to grab on the go is chips.
