Dustin joined the Pohl Transportation Family in September of 2023 after seeing our ad on Facebook.

Dustin has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Dustin has always run off of ELD’s and says the ELD’s are easy to keep up with. He likes to use his Garmin GPS for navigation and says the Volvos are great trucks. Dustin enjoys working at Pohl because he likes the family atmosphere and says you are not micromanaged.

Some advice that Dustin would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to get out and look if your gut tells you to. Dustin’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Outback Steakhouse. His favorite homecooked meal is soup beans and his favorite snack to grab on the go is jerky.
