Jeff joined the Pohl Transportation Family in October of 2023 after seeing our ad on Facebook.

Jeff has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Jeff has used both paper logs and ELD’s and says they both have pros and cons, but mostly favors the ELD’s. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and says the Volvos are top of the line trucks. Jeff enjoys working at Pohl because we keep our word, we are family oriented, and we are respectful.  

Some advice that Jeff would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to keep an open mind that not all companies are the same. Jeff’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Iron Skillet and his favorite snack to grab on the go is fudge rounds. His favorite homecooked meal is meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mac n’ cheese, and corn.
