Shane started driving with Pohl Transportation in February 2017, bringing with him one year of driving experience with another trucking company. Before Shane started driving he had several other jobs including surface work at coal mines, driving rock truck, fueling and working on/operating the big equipment.

Over the years Shane has had several hobbies including playing guitar, surfing the web, riding dirt bikes and riding mountain bikes. Shane recently finished rebuilding an old mountain bike and is looking forward to getting back on a bike, mainly for exercise. Sitting in a truck all day can wear on a person both physically and mentally, and he hopes the bike can help.

Shane would one day like to travel to Europe, preferably France. Shane has seen so many beautiful pictures and would like to see it in person.
