Mike started with Pohl Transportation in November 2017. Mike has been driving over the road for three years and seven years locally. Mike’s local job was driving for a lumber company hauling oversized loads and equipment, he really enjoyed that experience. Before driving Mike installed office furniture.

Mike and his wife Michelle have five kids between the two of them, and they enjoy spending as much time as they can with them. Mike and Michelle enjoy just hanging out with each other, whether it’s just grilling out or spending time on spontaneous adventures. Mike said they like to just “wing it”. They also like to travel to dirt track races. Mike admits that he is just a “backwoods country boy” and likes being outside whenever he can.

Mike’s favorite thing about driving is being out on the open road. His favorite place has been Northern Pennsylvania, he said the scenery there is amazing.
