David started with Pohl Transportation in January 2018 and has 25 years of OTR experience. David also has experience in electronics and aeronautics. David was enlisted in the Airforce for 22 years where he worked in communications, as a telephone installer and an aircraft refueler. He was also in the Army for a short time where he served as a linguist, as David speaks fluent Dutch. Thank you, David for your service!

David and his wife, Barbara have been married for 20 years. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, grilling out, going out to dinner and are avid movie goers. They also like riding around on their Polaris slingshot and have recently joined the YMCA to help them “get on the road to better health”.

David and Barbara are looking forward to a trip later this summer to Tulsa. In the future, David would also like to finish getting his pilot’s license.
