Norman started with Pohl Transportation in October, but has been driving most of his adult life. Norman has been driving over the road or regional for the last 10 years. Before that, Norman hauled for a lumber company, a pharmaceutical company and drove an 18-wheel coal truck for 10 years. Norman also worked in a machine shop where they made nuts, bolts and screws. Norman likes everything about driving and has really enjoyed his career over the years.

When Norman isn’t working, he enjoys fishing, bowling and spending time with his family including his daughter and 3 grandchildren. He also likes spending time with his girlfriend, Beth.

Norman has been lucky enough to have traveled all over the United States, but he still hasn’t made it to Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Norman would like to visit all 3 of those states yet.
