Darryl started with Pohl Transportation in January and brings with him a little over a year of experience. Before driving, Darryl worked in warehousing, both as a team member and supervisor. Darryl started driving to find more continual employment, but wishes that he would have started sooner because he really likes driving.

When he is not working, Darryl enjoys spending time with family and friends and his 5 grandkids. Darryl likes to go fishing with them, have sleepovers, go to the park and to carnivals. In the past he enjoyed assembling model cars, putting together puzzles, and playing basketball. Darryl was also a part of a musical company where he played guitar, saxophone, drums and the keyboard; basically whatever was needed. In the future Darryl would like to travel to Las Vegas and New Orleans.
