Daniel started with Pohl Transportation in July and brings with him 6 years of driving experience. Dan has done local and OTR driving as well as driving the water truck on the oil fields. Before driving, Dan said he did all kinds of work from factory to food service, with his favorites being a mechanic and certified welder.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending as much time as he can with his 2 boys, ages 11 and 5. They love being outdoors as much as possible, whether it’s going fishing, camping, 4-wheel riding or mudding in his jeep. Dan also likes working on classic cars and has been teaching the boys about some of the ins and outs of mechanical work. Dan also does some side job welding when he can.

In the future, Dan would like to open his own repair shop to be able to work on cars and do more welding jobs. He would also like to do some world traveling, see and experience new places and cultures. The United Kingdom and Ireland are 2 destinations on that list.
