Thomas started with Pohl Transportation in December, but started his driving career in 1996. Tom has worked mostly over the road and has pulled just about everything. Tom likes driving because he enjoys seeing new and different places every week. Before he started driving, Tom did factory work. Once he started driving, he knew he had found his niche and he hasn’t looked back.

When he’s not working, Tom enjoys spending time with family. He has 2 grown children and a 1-year old great-grandson that he absolutely adores. Tom also enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Jamie, whom he plans to marry in May. Tom likes being outdoors, riding his Harley or the side-by-side, taking hikes, going on a picnic, or anything that comes up on the spur of the moment.

In the future, Tom would like to take a vacation to a beach; Florida, Hawaii, or Cancun (or maybe all of them!!) Tom would also like to visit the Grand Canyon.
