Tom has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since 2020. Tom made the change to Pohl after talking to one of our drivers.

In all of his years of driving, Tom has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Tom says the navigation is a lot better and once you get used to the e-logs, it is easy. Tom enjoys working at Pohl because he likes the people he works with, the wonderful atmosphere, the nice equipment and the way they make you feel welcomed.  

Some advice that Tom would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is if you want quality hometime and want to make money, come to Pohl.  Tom’s favorite homecooked meal is soup beans and cornbread. His favorite restaurant is Red Lobster and favorite snack to grab on the go is beef jerky.
