Pete has been a part of the Pohl Transportation Family since March of 2023. Pete first heard about Pohl through his son who was receiving flyers in the mail from us.    

Pete has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Pete prefers using the ELD’s and says they are safe to use. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and says the Volvo’s are very nice. Pete enjoys driving for Pohl because he gets good hometime and miles. He also says we have friendly drivers and staff, where he hasn’t seen that anywhere else.  

Some advice that Pete would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to make the move to Pohl, safety is always #1 and to always be aware. Pete’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Texas Roadhouse. His favorite homecooked meal is fried chicken and his favorite snack to grab on the go is celery.
