Vernon joined the Pohl Transportation Family in January of 2025 after seeing our ad online and seeing our trucks on the road.       

Vernon has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Vernon has spent all of his trucking career using ELDs. He likes to use GPS for navigation and says the Volvos are a spacious truck.  Vernon enjoys working at Pohl because we are located closer to his home.  

Vernon’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Golden Corral. His favorite homecooked meal is meatloaf and his favorite snack to grab on the go is chips.
