Mike joined the Pohl Transportation Family in February of 2025 after coming across our ad on Driver Pulse.        

Mike has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Mike has always used ELDs during his trucking career. He likes to use his Garmin GPS for navigation and likes driving a Volvo. Mike enjoys working at Pohl because everyone is friendly and we are a smaller company that is driver focused.  

Some advice that Mike would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to make the change to Pohl. Mike’s favorite homecooked meal is beef and noodles. His favorite restaurant to eat at is Wendy’s and his favorite snack to grab on the go is Reese’s Cups.
