Stan joined the Pohl Transportation Family in February of 2025 after coming across our ad online.        

Stan has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Stan went through the change from paper logs to ELDs and loves to use the ELDs. He likes to use his Trucker Maps GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Stan enjoys working at Pohl because we have a great family atmosphere and you are not micromanaged.   

Some advice that Stan would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is that Pohl is a great company to work for and will treat you like a person and not a number. Stan’s favorite homecooked meal is fried chicken. His favorite restaurant to eat at is Cracker Barrel and his favorite snack to grab on the go is pretzels.
