Shaheem joined the Pohl Transportation Family in July of 2025 after seeing our ad on Facebook.

Shaheem has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Shaheem has always used ELDs and says they are easy to use. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Shaheem enjoys working for Pohl because we are laid back, relaxed, and have good customers.

Some advice that Shaheem would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to take your time. Shaheem’s favorite homecooked meal is steak. His favorite restaurant to eat at is any place with wings and his favorite snack to grab on the go is Reese’s Cup.
