Troy recently rejoined the Pohl Transportation Family in August 2025.  The very first time he heard about Pohl was through another driver.  Welcome back, Troy!

Troy has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Troy has always used ELDs and says they are easy to use. He likes to use his Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo. Troy enjoys working for Pohl because we are a smaller company, we have an open-door policy, and we know you by your name. 

Some advice that Troy would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to take your time and ask questions. Troy’s favorite homecooked meal is steak. His favorite restaurant to eat at is Mexican and his favorite snack to grab on the go is chips.
