Thomas joined the Pohl Transportation Family in October of 2025 after seeing our trucks on the road.   

Thomas has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Thomas went through the change from paper logs to ELDs and said the ELDs are great. He likes to use Rand McNally GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo because they are spacious. Thomas enjoys working for Pohl because we have great equipment and everyone is friendly.  

Some advice that Thomas would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to make the change to Pohl. Thomas’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Olive Garden. His favorite homecooked meal is spaghetti and his favorite snack to grab on the go is fruit.
