Louis started with Pohl Transportation in 2011, but he has been driving over the road for 17 years. Before he started driving a truck, Louis worked as a school bus driver. Louis also worked with a railroad company for over 8 years, doing several different jobs over that time period with them. Louis operated some of the heavy equipment on the rail yard, drove the different teams to their work locations, and did rail work himself.

In his spare time, Louis likes to go bowling and shoot pool. Louis also enjoys spending time with his wife, Jacqueline, attending church and going out to dinner. Louis’s grandkids live in Tennessee, so he doesn’t get to see them as often as he would like, but really enjoys it when he does.

Louis would like to someday make trips to visit Jamaica, Israel, and Jerusalem.
