Hunter joined the Pohl Transportation Family in August of 2025 after seeing our ad on Driver Pulse. 

Hunter has seen many changes in the trucking industry, with the biggest being the changes in technology. Hunter has always used ELDs. He likes to use Trucker Path GPS for navigation and loves driving a Volvo because they ride smoothly. Hunter enjoys working for Pohl because we have great customers, good home time, and everyone is helpful.

Some advice that Hunter would like to give to current, new, and potential drivers is to take your time and route plan. Hunter’s favorite homecooked meal is meatloaf and mashed potatoes. His favorite restaurant to eat at is Texas Roadhouse and his favorite snack to grab on the go is white cheddar popcorn.
